Your #GiveBack Legacy

We meet monthly to leave a legacy, not just through the work we do but the relationships we create and the women we impact along the way. Join our Legacy Builders Circle and make sure to attend the monthly meetings to get updated and stay inspired!  

Yes, please #GiveBack to our sisters from other misters! 

You can #GiveBack at the CampusWIN Academy by: 

• Being her mentor. Say yes to a CampusWIN mentee! Check if your mentee applicant is a CampusWINner:-) 
• Sharing your know-how by giving training. We will have a call-out each semester for specific topics. 
• Posting internships and new hire positions at the CampusWIN Academy group. 
• Responding to CampusWINners’ emails for informational meetings. 
• Joining our Adopt a Sister Program (offered 2x per year- October + February- 6 month commitment / meeting once per month) 
• Suggesting a great partner for the program: we are always on the lookout to offer training with certifications (a good example is Project Management Institute) or tools like DISC to help our younger sisters learn and grow- pro bono is preferred! 
• Joining the program’s braintrust. 
• Offering a great case or competition opportunity to this amazing group. 
• Last but not least- looking up your university’s CampusWIN leader and saying hello!

Since we manage all corporate engagements through our corporate membership or partnership programs, unless it qualifies so, we ask our members to opt for personal contributions to the CampusWIN Academy.

• Become a sisterhood circle lead: All TurkishWIN sisterhood circles #GiveBack at BinYaprak. You can join the core leadership team to design and execute on the content, engagement and impact strategy at BinYaprak.  
• Connect your networks to increase and diversify our reach and impact. Network introductions, big or small are welcome!

The Million Women Mentors program connects private, public, and NGO sector leaders with young women (15-25-year-old) for mentorship opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields.

 In a nutshell, we invite teams of mentors to join the 1:1 mentoring program or #becounted for the STEM program they are already leading. Individual mentor submissions are not accepted in this program. But you have team TurkishWIN, we got your back! 

You can join the movement by:

2. Submitting a pledge and leading a team. You can find additional information regarding the pledge process and thereafter here.

Every program has a small braintrust, aka an advisory board, that meets bi-monthly or quarterly to give ideas, suggestions and feedback to our team. 

Each TurkishWIN circle- organized by location, interest or GiveBack mission-  has also a core group of contributors. On average, we ask for up to 5 hours of your time per month.
