We did what we know best. We built systems and programs to serve and support Turkey’s rising female leaders who are looking for the roadmap and encouragement we can offer them.
Our #GiveBack strategy has three pillars:
WIN Next Generation: We target female highschool and university students. Our goal is to inspire them to become the best version of themselves at the workplace. Our message: “If I did it, so can you!”
We offer accessible role models, career tips and relevant networks in three programs/platforms: CampusWIN Academy, BinYaprak and Milyon Kadına Mentor Hareketi.
WIN in Digital: We know that the future of work will be shaped in digital spaces. We also know not every sister enjoys the same mobility to attend events in person for many different reasons. When she is searching for a role model, career tip, or a supporting network, we want to be there! We work tirelessly to increase the number of role models, career tips and networks.
Our digital #GiveBack platform BinYaprak is available free of charge, offers content in Turkish and serves as an umbrella for all change-maker organizations who do not have resources to invest in digital platforms.

CampusWIN Academy is the leadership program of the Turkish Women’s International Network since 2012.
The program admits up to 100 female university students during an academic year. Our recruitment process is rigorous and led in partnership with ManpowerGroup Turkey.
CampusWINners lead the change they want to see at university campuses for a gender equal future in society and at the workplace. They invest five hours a week for this goal. We invest in their leadership and give them tools to realize this goal. Rising leaders complete the program in three academic years and graduate to the CampusWIN Alumni Network.

We have been sharing our know-how at BinYaprak to help our sisters build the careers they love since 2015. We have created a safe space for us and our ecosystem to share role model stories, career tips and networks for peer sharing and support. As of June 2021, BinYaprak has over 17 thousand members and a digital subscriber base close to 100 thousand.
We launched our latest #WinNextGeneration giveback program on March 8, 2021. We are a proud partner of the Million Women Mentor program - aka Milyon Kadına Mentor. The main goal of the program is to connect private, public and NGO sector leaders with young women (15-25 year old) for mentorship opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields. We hope to reach 1 million mentoring connections in 10 years.
The program was founded together with the U.S. Chamber’s U.S.-Turkey Business Council and its Women in Business Initiative co-chairs Ümran Beba, Co-founder, Beba Foundation & Partner, August Leadership and Canan Özsoy, CEO, GE Turkey, alongside the project partners TurkishWIN's BinYaprak platform and TOBB. The program convenes STEMConnector’s global expertise and TurkishWIN’s wide network of mentors and mentees and is supported by our Founding Circle partners: Beba Foundation, Limak Holding, Logo Yazılım, PepsiCo Turkey, and Petrol Ofisi.
