We offer two membership payment options:

1. Recurring plan memberships: You will be charged automatically after 12 months on the same credit card. 

2. Fixed plan memberships: You will need to enter a new credit card number after 12 months to keep your membership current. 

If you have a recurring plan membership and would like change this payment preference, please follow these quick steps: 

1. Log into your TurkishWIN account.

2. Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile. 

3. Click on the “Payment Preferences” menu as shown below. 

4. In your membership payment menu at https://turkishwin.com/membership, Click on “Cancel” next to “Cancel Your Recurring Order” 

5. You will read a pop-up message as shown below that reads  “You are going to cancel this order. Are you sure you want to do that?” Please click on “Yes.” 

You are done and have successfully cancelled your recurring plan payment preference. Your card will not be automatically charged. Upon expiration, you will get renewal reminders to keep your membership current. 

If you have a fixed  membership plan preference, we ask that you switch to “recurring payments” at your next membership renewal. At the time of the renewal, you will be prompted to complete your payment step as shown below: 

Please pick the “recurring membership plan” and complete the payment steps! You no longer have to chase your renewal reminders! 

Happy Day! You can download your receipt by following these steps: 

1. Log into your TurkishWIN account.

2. Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile

3. Click on the “Payment Preferences” menu as shown below. 

4. In your membership payment menu at https://turkishwin.com/membership, click on the download icon - the little arrow. Your invoice will be downloaded to your local drive under the “Downloads” folder.  

You are all set!

We are using a third party payment solution and therefore do not store your credit card information on our servers. 

If you have paid your membership dues opting for recurring payments, you can cancel your recurring payment subscription following instructions here. At the time of the renewal, you can enter your new credit card information. 

If you have paid your membership dues opting for ongoing payments, you do not need to take any action. When you renew your membership, use a new card! 

We are really sorry to see you go. But we know things change. You can cancel your membership at any time. 

We ask that you complete these two steps: 

1. Check if you have recurring plan membership. If yes, please complete the payment preference update steps here (link to change your payment preferences) 
2. Delete your account by following the steps here (delete account link)

Our academic / NGO membership dues are discounted by 50% from our regular membership fee of $200 per year.

Our Founding members were with us in the early days of TurkishWIN- before January of 2015! They are the early investors of our network. We cannot thank them enough for their support and encouragement. We have one small gesture for them: their founding membership plan is grandfathered and fixed at $150 per year.
