Sisterhood Circles

When we gather around an interest or location for a long journey of peer sharing and giveback activities, we form a sisterhood circle. You can surf all sisterhood circles under groups at turkishwin.com.

We have sisterhood circles in the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K., Germany, Holland, Spain and Turkey. We have a small pan-Asian group simmering.

We have three programs where we give back as one big sisterhood: CampusWIN, BinYaprak and our Braintrust Circle. Our motto is network for change. We build networks – online or offline- to change the gender ratio for equal opportunity in the future workforce. Our give-back programs and platforms are co-creation spaces where you build your legacy and meet fellow WINners in this exciting journey. Sharing is caring!

In our circles, we:

• Meet like-minded women with a passion to change the gender ratio and excel at our best with the sisterhood's support. We know we are not alone in this journey.
• Give back together: We will build a legacy in lifting the next generation of Turkish women.

For each group, this is what our definition of collective success looks like: 

We meet monthly to leave a legacy, not just through the work we do but the relationships we create and the women we impact along the way. Join our Legacy Builders Circle and make sure to attend the monthly meetings to get updated and stay inspired!  

Our Executive Circle consists of trailblazers and leaders with 20+ years of experience who aim to support rising female leaders to become CEOs or captains of industry at 35- not 50. This Circle is curated by invitation only. 

TurkishWIN Speaker Club is the  community of TurkishWInners who generously share their voice, stories and career tips through public speaking with our motto: “If I did it, so can you!”  We want to pay it forward and leave a legacy not only through the work we do but the relationships we create and the women we impact along the way. The Speaker Club is a great way for us to connect with each other- inviting fellow TurkishWIN members to different team meetings or events. The TurkishWIN Speaker Club also enables us to connect to our alma mater universities. It is a win-win!

Connection Club is a supportive safe space for TurkishWIN members to gather. We meet on the same day of the week, at the same time. Join us at our next meeting sister! Check out the event calendar to find a date that works for you. 

The mastermind circles are your safe, peer-sharing spaces. Whatever is shared in Masterminds, stays in Masterminds. We encourage you to lead with vulnerability and together keep this place nonjudgmental and sisterly. 

Co-creation learning series a learning journey curated by a group of TurkishWINners for other members. In this unique learning experience, you will get access to readings and videos, build a roadmap for your objective, listen to experts for an engaging discussion and meet TurkishWINners for peer sharing, mastermind circles, and 1:1 connections.
