Our #GiveBack strategy has three pillars: 

WIN Next Generation: Our goal is to inspire female high school and university students to become the best version of themselves at the workplace. Our message: “If I did it, so can you!” We provide access to role models, career tips, and relevant networks on three platforms: CampusWIN Academy, BinYaprak, and Milyon Kadına Mentor (MKM) Hareketi. 

WIN in Digital: The future of work is being shaped in digital spaces but not every sister has the same ability to attend events in person. Our goal is to even the playing field for all of us, whether the events are in person or virtual. When she is searching for a role model, career tip, or a supporting network, we want to be there! We work tirelessly to increase the number and variety of role models, career tips, and networks. 

Our digital #GiveBack platform BinYaprak is available free of charge, offers content in Turkish, and serves as an umbrella for all change-maker organizations who do not have the resources to invest in digital platforms.

There are several ways you can engage with our network one you become a member:

1. Join our circle networks: We have industry specific circles as well as location based circles. Currently we have 10+ industry specific circles and 7 active location circles.

2. Attend our events: We organize about 25+ events every year, there is something for everyone! Take a look at our events at this page and join us at one.

3. Take advantage of the Learning Center: Our Learning Center is home to book recommendations, inspirational videos, recordings of past events.

4. Join our mentoring program as a mentor, mentee or both! 

5. Enroll in one of our courses: We are getting ready to launch our very own courses. Enroll in one that you’re interested in and expand your knowledge. Each course is supported by 4 events with industry leaders as well as a brand new networking circle!

Yes, we have a rolling admission. For example, if you become a member on May 27th, you will be an active member until May 26th the next year. 

Your membership start date is the payment date of your membership subscription. 

Apply anyway! Our membership team will review your application and get back to you as soon as they can. 

If you have a referrer, your application is automatically approved by our membership team first, and by your referrer next. It is a faster track. 

Unfortunately, no. Our membership system only accepts credit card payments.

You decide how you would like to design your own membership experience. You can spend as little or as much time as you want participating in the community. There are lots of opportunities for you to connect, give back, and participate in events. Yes, absolutely! Although we are a network of women with cultural, professional and family ties to Turkey, our main communication language is English. 

You can become not only a member but also a circle leader at TurkishWIN, just like Maria-Katia Sanchez, one of the co-leads of our People & Culture Circle! She is the HR Adviser, HR Strategic Partner - Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Procurement Branch at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Maria-Katia is from Peru, but currently lives in Istanbul.
