CampusWIN Academy is the leadership program of the Turkish Women’s International Network. We live and work with our values: Accountability,  Courage,  Curiosity, Generosity and Collective Success. Our values guide us in every celebration or conflict and act as our compass.

CampusWINners lead the change they want to see for a gender equal future at university campuses, in society and at the workplace. They invest five hours a week for this goal. We invest in their leadership and give them tools to realize this goal. Rising leaders complete the program in three academic years and graduate to the CampusWIN Alumni Network. 

The program admits up to 100 female 1st or 2nd year female university students during an academic year. You can learn more at the program website.

1st or 2nd year female university students are invited to apply to the CampusWIN Academy  here.  

CampusWINners GiveBack by: 

• Leading the organization of the TurkishWIN Career Day, the only career day for female university students in Turkey since 2015. Their impact: Over 5000 sisters attended these events. (2021)
• Leading and supporting the only local student clubs with the name “woman” in their name: Women in Business/ Iste Kadin Kulupleri since 2012. Their impact: 11 Women in Business Clubs are operational all over Turkey (2021) 
• Sharing their experiences, role models and career tips in blogs, live events and videos at BinYaprak since 2015. Their impact: >1 million in reach (2021)

By agreeing to become a CampusWIN leader, you agree to the following:

1.     I will believe in the power of collective genius. I will learn and share and walk the talk with pride.

2.     I am going to exercise my right to be awesomely cool and show up for all meetings and tasks ten minutes before they are supposed to begin. I will be social, both online and offline.  I will learn how to engage an audience in a meaningful conversation to spread the motto of TurkishWIN: If she did it, so can you!

3.     I will aim big, and dream bigger. I will not let pessimism take me over. I will defeat negativity with my optimism and my genius. If things get tough, I'll get tougher. I'll give help and seek help without delay. If there is one thing I take away from this whole experience, this must be it.

4.     I will have so much fun that my friends will apply next year because they have seen such a positive change in me!

You become a CampusWIN Champion when you first join CampusWIN, After 3 months in your journey you get the chance to become a CampusWIN Leader with the rising leader applications. You get interviewed and if you pass, you become a CampusWIN leader and get such perks as getting mentoring, leading a committee and much more!

In the first week of March on a Saturday! In this all-day event, we celebrate International Women’s Day with our sisterhood, you. This is a great day as we gather from all over Turkey. 

It is a day of sisterhood celebration for us, the TurkishWIN community! This mega event is organized by our CampusWINners as a giveback activity. We all chip in:-)
