- Log into your TurkishWIN account.
- Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile.
- Your “About Me” profile section will automatically pop up.
- Enter your original password to change your password first & your new password (twice).
- Click on ‘Update and Close”.

No worries, please follow these steps to reset your password:

Go to the Login page on the TurkishWIN website.

Under the Email and Password field click on the Forgot Password? link.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click on Send Password:

Check your email inbox for the password reset email and follow the link from there.

Following the link will take you to the Password Reset Page, from where you can enter your new password:
And you are done!

Log into your TurkishWIN account.

Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile.

At the bottom of the page, click on “Delete Your Profile” under Delete Account menu

You will see a pop-up as shown above, click on “Yes, please delete my account” confirmation message.
We will be sad to see you go but you will be done!
