Sisterhood is the thread that connects us. We, sisters, support each other. 

A TurkishWINner is a TurkishWIN member. 

Giving back is TurkishWIN’s way of leaving a legacy not just through the work we do but the relationships we  create and the women we impact along the way.   Together, we lift the next generation of Turkish women. 

Our #GiveBack strategy has three pillars. One of them is “Win Next Generation” where we target female highschool and university students. Our goal is to inspire them to become the best version of themselves at the workplace. Our message: “If I did it, so can you!” 

We offer accessible role models, career tips and relevant networks in three programs/platforms: CampusWIN Academy,  BinYaprak and Milyon Kadına Mentor Hareketi. 

Our #GiveBack strategy has three pillars. One of them is “Win in Digital.” We know that the future of work will be shaped in digital spaces. We also know not every sister enjoys the same mobility to attend events in person for many different reasons. When she is searching for a role model, career tip, or a supporting network, we want to be there! We work tirelessly to increase the number of role models, career tips and networks. 

Our digital #GiveBack platform BinYaprak is available free of charge, offers content in Turkish and serves as an umbrella for all change-maker organizations who do not have resources to invest in digital platforms. Together, we help women build the careers they love. 

Our #GiveBack strategy has three pillars. One of them is “Win Together.”  Investing in a gender equal future takes a village of change-makers. We partner with organizations that share our values, passion and target audiences to amplify our collective success and impact. You can check out our #WinTogether partnerships here. 

CampusWIN Academy is the leadership program of the Turkish Women’s International Network. The program admits up to 100 female university students during an academic year and is one of our give back programs. 

BinYaprak is a digital sisterhood platform to help women build the careers they love. Members can find role model videos, work life tips and a supporting social network. BinYaprak is the give back platform of TurkishWIN.

The Million Women Mentors program is one of our give back programs and connects private, public, and NGO sector leaders with young women (15-25-year-old) for mentorship opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields.

The main goal of the program is to connect private, public and NGO sector leaders with young women (15-25 year old) for mentorship opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields. We hope to reach 1 million mentoring connections in 10 years.

 The program was founded together with the U.S. Chamber’s U.S.-Turkey Business Council and its Women in Business Initiative co-chairs Ümran Beba, Co-founder, Beba Foundation & Partner, August Leadership and Canan Özsoy, CEO, GE Turkey, alongside the project partners TurkishWIN's BinYaprak platform and TOBB. The program convenes STEMConnector’s global expertise and TurkishWIN’s wide network of mentors and mentees and is supported by our Founding Circle partners: Beba Foundation, Limak Holding, Logo Yazılım, PepsiCo Turkey,  and Petrol Ofisi. 

Milyon Kadına Mentor

MentorWIN is the mentoring program for TurkishWIN members. 

Inspired by TED Talks, TurkishWIN Talks are storytelling at its best and feature women sharing their inspiring, heartbreaking, funny, and authentic stories. Our storytellers are members and leaders of the TurkishWIN community who generously share not only their stories but the good-bad-ugly in their journeys.

TurkishWIN Speaker Club is the  community of TurkishWInners who generously share their voice, stories and career tips through public speaking with our motto: “If I did it, so can you!” 

When we gather around an interest or location for a long journey of peer sharing and giveback activities, we form a sisterhood circle. You can surf all sisterhood circles under groups at turkishwin.com. 

Connection Club is a supportive safe space for TurkishWIN members to gather. We meet on the same day of the week, at the same time.

The mastermind circles are your safe, peer-sharing spaces. Whatever is shared in Masterminds, stays in Masterminds. We encourage you to lead with vulnerability and together keep this place nonjudgmental and sisterly. 

Learning Center is a digital space at turkishwin.com where our members can enjoy TurkishWIN Talks, past event video archives, and  book and video recommendations. Sharing is caring! 

Co-creation learning series a learning journey curated by a group of TurkishWINners for other members. In this unique learning experience, you will get access to readings and videos, build a roadmap for your objective, listen to experts for an engaging discussion and meet TurkishWINners for peer sharing, mastermind circles, and 1:1 connections 

Open Door Events are great opportunities for you to meet the TurkishWIN team and ask any questions you might have about our community. We share our vision, mission, and how you can be part of the Turkish Women's International Network or engage more. These sessions are short and sweet. Open Door events take place in the first week of each month.
