As you have guessed, you have to follow these 3 steps to complete your mentoring forms: 

1. Log into your TurkishWIN account.

2. Go to your profile at this link: https://turkishwin.com/edit-profile

3. Complete “Mentee Form,” “Mentor Form,” or both under Mentoring Forms
