Why is mentoring important?

You are not alone. Period. Someone else had overcome a similar challenge, felt the same pain, had similar gains and stood where you are- in your shoes- thinking about the next steps. This is where sisterhood and our collective wisdom comes to play.  In short, do not reinvent the wheel and benefit from the wisdom of our sisterhood universe. 

For those of us who had great mentors, it is time to pay it forward. You know what it felt like to be in a transition and you have experienced the magical power of a friendly nudge. Give a sister a hand now. 

So, for all  these reasons, we think mentoring is important.
