“When you have a big problem, chop it into several pieces and then solve each one at a time”

One think you wish you have known earlier in your career

That in every encounter and daily relationship, we are basically dealing and we need to communicate with the little child in each person, including ours.

You believe in the sisterhood at work because… 

Because I believe women has unique inner resources and power, and the natural ability to collaborate to help solve the world’s problems today. And we still have a long way to go with today’s numbers of women in the work force and influential positions. 

Who are your role models? 

I guess I don’t have any. I admire various qualities in different people -women and men-, but I could not name a certain person or people. 

If you had one superpower, what would it be?

To bring out the unique inner beauty of a person in the blink of an eye.
