The TurkishWIN mentoring program matches TurkishWIN members with peer-to-peer, senior-to-junior, Diaspora-Turkey, or local-to-local mentor/mentee connections. We recommend that our matched mentors/mentees have at least 6 meetings in this six months long program and meet more frequently in the first couple of months. After six months, you will decide how to end the program. Usually, you now have a new sister from another mister- whom you will meet at your own pace- after your mentoring matching period is over. 

We have designed experiences to enrich your mentoring journey.

• Invitation to MentorWIN Events: We hope you can make it to at least one event in the next 12 months.

• Surveys: After we match you with your mentee, we have limited visibility on the progress of your relationship. It is super important for us to receive continuous feedback from you! So, please watch out for the short surveys we will send your way for the following milestones: one month; three months, and six months.
