BinYaprak is our digital #GiveBack platform in Turkish. Membership is free for everyone—men, women, companies, and NGOs—with a passion to build a gender-equal future.  

TurkishWIN’s #GiveBack strategy has three pillars 

WIN Next Generation: Our goal is to inspire female high school and university students to become the best version of themselves at the workplace. Our message: “If I did it, so can you!” We provide access to role models, career tips, and relevant networks on three platforms: CampusWIN Academy,  BinYaprak, and Milyon Kadına Mentor (MKM) Hareketi. 

WIN in Digital: The future of work is being shaped in digital spaces but not every sister has the same ability to attend events in person. Our goal is to even the playing field for all of us, whether the events are in person or virtual. When she is searching for a role model, career tip, or a supporting network, we want to be there! We work tirelessly to increase the number and variety of role models, career tips, and networks. 

Our digital #GiveBack platform BinYaprak is available free of charge, offers content in Turkish, and serves as an umbrella for all change-maker organizations who do not have the resources to invest in digital platforms.

Why did TurkishWIN build BinYaprak? 

We’ve created BinYaprak to empower our collective TurkishWIN sisterhood. Through our digital #GiveBack platform, our aim is to:

• Deliver our social and know-how capital in our native language; 
• Make our role models and others accessible; 
• Amplify our collective reach and impact; 
• Engage men in our giveback circles;
• Empower our partners in digital spaces;  
• Provide a free and accessible social network for women who want to give back outside of our TurkishWIN community; 
• Be a digital sister to any woman who is looking for her +1 to cheer her on to take the next bold, scary, or ambiguous step in her career.  

We know that the future of work will be shaped in digital spaces. We also know not every sister enjoys the same mobility to attend events in person. Our digital #GiveBack platform BinYaprak is available free of charge, offers content in Turkish and serves as an umbrella for all change-maker organizations who do not have the resources to invest in digital platforms. When you're searching for a role model, career tip, or a supporting network, we want to be there! We work tirelessly to increase the number of role models, career tips, and networks. 

What have we achieved so far? 

Together with TurkishWIN members, we are growing our BinYaprak content and connections. Our digital reach is now over 5 million people and as of 2022, we have: 

• Harvested over 1,000 role model videos, 
• Shared over 1,200 blog articles on career tips,
• Reached 21,000 members, 
• Built an amazing YouTube channel with over 32,000 subscribers, 
• Hosted over 300 online events, 
• Introduced sisterhood day, #İşteKızkardeşlikGünü, in Turkey, and
• Launched a scalable, digital mentoring program as part of the Million Women Mentors Turkey movement.
